Havana is a superb little boat that is being sold without a GMW permit for Lake Eildon.

She had big renovation in 2016 which included new pontoons being installed on the 49ft x 19ft platform.

Havana has 2 bedrooms, the main having a double bed, the second having a single over double bunk bed and there is also a pull out sofa allowing sleeping for 7.

Mechanically Havana is well sorted, a Mercury 40hp Bigfoot engine means trouble free boating, 800ah of batteries, Victron 3000w inverter, gas compliance, rinnai gas heater, Bosch instant hot water, LED lighting both internal and external.

If you should need it, there is a Honda 2Kva generator on board.

As added piece of mind, Havana was just slipped in November 2024 and has a fresh certificate for GMW. There is also a Grey water System onboard so you’re one less thing on the ‘to do’ list for the Murray if you choose to relocate it.
