Welcome to Signature.

Words and photos will never do this gorgeous boat justice, she has just about everything ticked on the upgrade list.

Built by Anchorage Houseboats with the interior designed by Lisa Larkin, Signature was launched in 2020 and still presents as new.

Starting with the accommodation, we have 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom features a King size bed with an electric lifter for storage underneath, a full size ensuite and a walk in robe. There are 2 bedrooms with Queen sized beds, again with electric lifts for more storage underneath. Then the 4th and 5th bedrooms have 4 x King single bunks in each, sleeping 14 comfortably in beds.

For all the guests on board, aside from the master ensuite, there are another 2 bathrooms, making 3 in total. The bathrooms are finished with granite bench tops, and kicker lighting for low light when desired.

Walking on board, you’ll immediately see and feel the quality in this boat. The cabinetry is superb and features two Leihbher built in fridges with ice makers, freezer, and dishwashers. An oven and induction cooktop fit seamlessly into the design and practicality of the kitchen. The benchtops themselves are porcelain and finished with the elegant shadow line.

Entering into the large rear lounge, you’ll feel right at home. It truly has one of those feels that will have you relaxed and pondering how good life on Signature is.

The staircase up to the mid and top level is just like a staircase at home and easy to walk up and down. An electric slide roof opens up to get you on the 3rd level.

The 2nd level on Signature has the master bedroom, the two Queen bedrooms and 1 of the bunk rooms. The alfresco area on Signature is something else. A full kitchen set up again with porcelain bench tops, integrated fridge and freezer, dishwasher and another induction cooktop. This area is enjoyable all year round too. If sitting on this level watching the footy on the swivel TV is you in winter, there are two heat strips mounted on the roof to keep you warm. In summer, enjoying the warm weather with the family on this level going to be perfect.

Heading up to the 3rd level, gives a whole new view on the lake. There is a built in fridge and sink so you don’t have to head back down all the time. Sit down and relax on the extra large day beds or the built in couches with family and friends. There is a drop down TV if you desire, and 2 more heat strips if it starts to get a bit chilly.

Powering Signature is an upgraded Lithium battery bank, 16 batteries in total. Power is plentiful on Signature as you’d expect with the electrical demands she has and doesn’t disappoint. Backing the batteries up is a Mase 13.9Kva generator.

Pushing signature along is a V6 Mercruiser and Bravo 2 leg. To assist with docking and maneuvering she also has a bow and stern thruster.
